Tuscany Cove home sites are located at the Houston Westside focal point near Briar Forest Drive and Dairy Ashford Drive approximately 17 miles west of downtown Houston.  This vibrant locale is adjacent to the Westside Energy Corridor with nearby access to Interstate 10, Westpark Toll Road and Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Toll Road).  Tuscany Cove is just a few blocks from recent development of the Westchase District that has yielded an abundance of shopping, restaurants, and energetic general business development throughout the Westside area.  Tuscany Cove rests within a two blocks of the Terry Hershey Park Hike & Bike Trail.  Some of Houston’s best HISD schools service this locale.

In an effort to provide upscale yet affordable housing to the area, Adobe Builders has secured sufficient acreage to develop multiple home sites in the community now called Tuscany Cove.  In a manner reminiscent of the Spanish and Mediterranean concept, this development will be unique and distinctive both in its style, construction and amenities.

Consisting of twelve patio homes, construction will be predominantly two story properties in the anticipated range of $280,000 to $380,000.  Homes are expected to be from 2,000 to 3,300 square feet.  Final specifications are being reviewed at this time, but expectations are for stucco exteriors, ten foot high ceilings downstairs and nine foot ceilings upstairs.  Finishes will include hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertops, arched windows and rounded corners, art niches, etc.  With each property fronting onto a picturesque central common area, the development will have a stone wall buffer to provide enhanced security and sound suppression.
